We had 4 agents value our property, and Chris was the only agent that came prepared with comparable properties on the market, and pictures of what our property looked like when we bought it. Throughout the entire sale process Daniel Bourne and his Harold Wood team were thoroughly professional and proactive. My sale dragged on for just over a year but they did everything within their powers to firstly attract potential buyers and then to ensure the sale stage went through smoothly.

I cannot heap enough praise on them for how they dealt with some extremely difficult buyers and solicitors. They were always available to answer my questions and never tried to push me in a direction that I was not comfortable with. I felt they were always giving me sound advice too.

I wish I was able to give ‘0’ stars! My house was advertised by Chris from the office in Chadwell Heath, when he first came we told him the price and our deadline, he said it will not be a problem to sell it by then for this price etc. etc. but then 3 months later with very few viewings organised and after my number of complaints, he said the price is too high and i must drop the price, which in fact i had done once based on his advice.

Frankly, if you want a seller to drop the price and you are a good sales person, you will first find the buyers as the price isn’t high to push away buyers! He was basically trying to get me making it easy for him to sell. He barely even showed his face at the property too, he kept sending someone else from the office to show the house to the very few viewers that came.

Also the communication with them was next to none! I had to chase them all the time to get any information at all, there has been weeks where they won’t call or email to let me know what is going on. Sometimes they will call, arrange for people to come and view the house and then, no one comes and no one calls to let you know what is going on!!!

Terrible, absolutely terrible service all the way through right from the start, it was a HUGE WASTE OF MY TIME! If you are smart, you will avoid this specific office!

Moving across London with a young family always meant viewing times were limited but Chris and his team were able to accommodate and really helped the process move along smoothly.
