We did not have a previous experience with Haart Estate Agency, and with interest in a property currently marketed by Haart, we booked a valuation on our own house to gain a better understanding of relative property prices, with a view to entering the property market.

Christopher Clarke responded to both our valuation request and property enquiry. Chris promptly arranged our valuation by mutual availability. We specifically didn’t want a valuation picked out the air, and Chris spent time evaluating our home, making measurements and taking notes of key features.

Chris had clearly performed background preparation with demonstrable values of comparable properties for sale, and prices of recently sold properties in our surrounding neighbourhood; this was all highly pertinent information. Whilst our valuation came out below that predicted by ourselves using Zoopla, we felt the guideline valuation for our property was realistic for a sale, and Chris was both very honest and transparent in his approach and advice provided.

With regard to the property we were interested in, Chris arranged a viewing for us. This was all arranged quickly by convenience and Chris, as before, was on time and we were very comfortable with his unpressurised approach. Throughout these interactions Chris was impressively professional and knowledgeable, he was confident, well presented, on time and responded promptly to communications both by email and by phone.

Based on our interactions with Chris to date as a representative of Haart Estate Agency, we would view Haart as a very credible option both for sale of our home and purchase of a property too.
